Full Release for improved issue resolution

This will be a full release of all Service Workers, API and APP this upgrades numerous components as well as improves logging for better issue resolution on the platform.
NOTE: Following this you will need to re-login to the site every 30 days; this allows us to more effectively block phishing atttempts
